Ordering Information for Nine2Noon
At Nine2Noon, we are committed to providing a seamless shopping experience. Please review the following details to help you with your purchase:
1. Placing an Order
To place an order, simply browse our website and add the desired products to your cart. Once you’ve made your selection, proceed to the checkout page where you’ll need to:
• Enter your shipping details (name, address, and phone number).
• Choose your payment method (we accept credit cards and secure online payments).
• Review your order before confirming the purchase.
2. Payment Options
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard)
- Express (PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay)
- Layby (Afterpay)
All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers, including Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Afterpay. We do not store your payment information. When using Afterpay, your transaction is subject to Afterpay’s terms and privacy policy.
3. Shipping Information
We offer shipping within New Zealand and Australia. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipping times may vary depending on your location. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
• New Zealand Shipping:
North Island: Overnight
South Island: 2-3 days
• Australia Shipping:
Delivery within 3-10 days
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped, so you can track your package.
4. Order Confirmation & Receipt
Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with a summary of your purchase. A second email will be sent once your order has been dispatched, including tracking information.
5. Returns & Refunds
All orders are final, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases.
Faulty or Damaged Items
In line with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, we offer a replacement for goods that are faulty, damaged, or not as described. If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued.

Conditions for Refunds or Replacements:
