2. Product Orders

• Order Acceptance and Cancellation: All orders placed on the Nine2Noon website are subject to acceptance by Nine2Noon. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders placed incorrectly or containing inaccurate information. An order confirmation email does not signify acceptance of your order. Order acceptance occurs upon dispatch.

• Product Availability: We make every effort to ensure product availability, but we do not guarantee stock levels. In the event that an item becomes unavailable, we will notify you and provide a refund or allow you to select an alternative product.

• Pricing: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) unless otherwise stated. Shipping fees, taxes, and other charges are additional and will be calculated at checkout.

3. Payment Terms

• Currency: Transactions on this website are conducted in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) or (AUD) for international.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping Costs and Times: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on factors such as your location, product availability, and shipping method selected.

• International Orders: Customers outside New Zealand are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred upon delivery. Please check with local authorities before placing an order for more information on any applicable duties or taxes.

• Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information to monitor the status of your delivery.

5. Returns & Refunds

All orders are final, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases. 

Faulty or Damaged Items

In line with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, we offer a replacement for goods that are faulty, damaged, or not as described. If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued.

Conditions for Refunds or Replacements:

• Items must not have been damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

• Returns must be approved before any item is sent back.

• We may assess the returned goods before providing a remedy

7. Limitation of Liability

• Our total liability to you, under any circumstances
